At Opulence Studios, we are fully committed to providing our customers with high-quality clothing.
Each item is handmade and made uniquely for you. This process usually takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the item(s) in your order. OUR MORE DETAILED ITEMS ARE PERFECTED WHICH CAUSES THEM TO TAKE A BIT LONGER. Processing time adds an additional week. Once your order is completed and packed, you will receive your package in 1-3 days!
All Items are PREORDER. By purchasing a preorder item, you agree to the specified wait time for delivery. For updates on your preorder, we encourage you to follow us on Instagram at @Opulencestudioss, where we provide progress updates every few days. Thank you for your understanding.
We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages, and shipping costs are calculated based on weight.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
All purchases made through our company are FINAL. This means that if an item is labeled as a PREORDER, refunds and chargebacks will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Refunds and exchanges are not permitted unless the item is defective or damaged, and claims must be made within 1 week of delivery. To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our support team at studios.opulence@gmail.com
International Orders: Please be advised that we are not liable for paying any import fees, taxes, or levies levied by the customs office of your nation. The consumer is required to cover these costs at the time of delivery. Due to unpaid customs costs, we will not refund any foreign orders.
